ARLINGTON, Va. — The Washington Capitals have signed winger Carl Hagelin to an $11 million, four-year deal.
Hagelin counts $2.75 million towards the wage cap via the 2022-23 season. Normal supervisor Brian MacLellan introduced the deal Sunday.
Washington acquired Hagelin from the Los Angeles Kings previous to the commerce deadline this previous season. He scored three objectives in 20 regular-season video games with the Capitals after scoring simply two in 38 video games with the Pittsburgh Penguins and Kings.
